1. Take Responsibility as Leaders NAAA members are dedicated to continuously finding new ways to maximize opportunities for all employees. All members of our team are encouraged to participate in leading change. 2. Cultivate a Culture of Inclusivity We will ensure all policies and procedures, as well as our daily working environment, support the development and retention of an inclusive and diverse workforce from top to bottom. 3. Ongoing Training and Personal Development We believe in the power of growth, both personally and professionally. We are committed to providing ongoing training and personal development opportunities. We encourage and support the short- and long-term goals of each team member. 4. We Will Share Best Practices We will commit to helping each other evolve and enhance their current diversity strategies and encourage them, in turn, to share their successes and challenges with others. 5. Support Accessible Technology Accessible technology resources make life better for all. We will prioritize accessibility in our work and continue to innovate and improve upon our implementation of these resources. Our work environment will use accessible technology that allows every team member to collaborate effectively, no matter their location or physical ability. 6.
