Every year, the Foundation awards 16 scholarships totaling $140,000, empowering students to pursue higher education at accredited institutions. Thanks to donor support, four of these scholarships are now dedicated specifically to need‑based applicants, ensuring that financial hardship never becomes a barrier to opportunity. These awards support NAAA member auction employees and their children, stepchildren, and grandchildren — helping families build brighter futures.

Since the program began, donors like you have made it possible for the Foundation to award more than $1.1 million in scholarships to 265 students. Behind every dollar is a student who dared to believe in what’s possible because someone believed in them first.

The Auction Employee Relief Fund extends that same spirit of compassion to employees facing extraordinary hardship. Since 2023, the fund has distributed more than $45,000 in emergency relief funds to more than 100 auction employees recovering from devastating events such as house fires, a variety of weather‑related disasters, and other hardships, including unexpected medical emergencies. When crisis strikes, donors ensure that no member of our auction community has to rebuild alone.
